windshield installer tells me there is a problem with water leaking at roof and trickling thru frame. evidentially this is by design but that weep hole is bottom frame get stopped up and water enters into car interior.

I am replaceing carpeting and indeed carpet in rear looks like it suffers from dampness.


where are these weep holes and how do I clear them?

 

They are in the front corners of the sunroof,
