my dash has become bubby and shiny, and i can see the glare/reflection of it's ugliness in the windshield when i'm driving. this and the driver's seat lower cushion comfort level are the 2 things i HATE about the LS430.

that makes amazing molds that look and feel like your dash, however it does look like they only do 04-09 RX330/350's since those were notorious.
You could ask them if will do a custom or if they know of a company that does.
For me the carpet just doesn't get it done, so thankfully I have no bubbles. I use nothing on my dash chemically, only wet rag wipe-downs, then Covercraft sunshade anytime it is outdoors.

 

I have a suede type cover in my G8 and I do like that better than the carpeted ones. I'm sure I got it from covercraft but only saw their carpeted and poly carpeted ones but did find a link to the suede style.
