Default Front Passenger Power Window and Door Lock stop working

Hi all. The front passenger power door lock and power window of my 2004 LS430 stopped responding to all the power switches and remote key fob. I can still manually lock the door. The remaining three doors still work fine. I replaced fuse #35 of the passenger side kick panel but this did not fix the issue.

Any thoughts on what to look into next? Thanks for your help.

Old fuse on the left.

From the owners manual.

I worry that the wiring harness to the door is stressed and one or more wires are open inside or the MPX door computer is not working well.

Thanks for sharing your thought. I will look into the wiring harness probably next week if I can find it.

Hi @kelleher2
Could you please share the eBay link or the part number you bought to fix this problem? Thanks

I did not think it was the actuator since both the power window and door lock failed at the same time. I can still manually lock an unlock the door.

I found this part on eBay. I guess this is what I need. I wonder if anyone has experience replacing this and can comment on the level of effort?

Default A Fresh Battery Could Fix Your Electrical Issues

Update:

I recently replaced my car battery due to sluggish starting and since it tested bad due to low CCA rating. The new battery apparently fixed my front passenger door lock and power window issue. I have seen no issues for the past month.

Battery tested bad
