Default the size of the trunk never gets old

I like to take my wife's car to work to fill it up and save some money across the river. But would the wheelchair fit in the Lexus for my son and her to use instead of her SUV? Yes it would.

Very unlike the 13.9 cuft of the LS400's with the gas tank behind the rear seat. That will easily hold 4-6 packages of Kirkland TP or paper towels.

I'm not sure what I would do without Kirkland lol My fantasy is to live within 3 miles of a Costco that sells gas. I'd be there every other day, sick I know.

(people like myself are why they are so highly successful--the opposite is BJs. We have been free trial members for maybe 11 years hahahaha but a couple of years they offered us $20/yr. memberships so we said why not give them something)

When my wife saw the size of the trunk, I could hear the Gyros spooling up in her head to figure out how much stuff she could perpetually haul around. We don't drive it that much, but you'd think she lived in the car with all the crap she carries around...

UL trunk is smaller, but I wonder how much smaller..?

You'd like my house now. I'm within 4 miles of a Costco with gas and they just announced ANOTHER one that will be less than 2 miles away also with gas. Not sure the thought process on that one but if it thins out the crowds on the first, great

My wife's standard wheelchair fit perfectly in the trunk of our last LS400 (2000) with not a fraction of an inch to spare if the footrests were removed which was a hassle. It looked like the trunk was specifically designed to carry a wheelchair. I don't know if it would have fit in the trunk of the 1990 LS400 since it was gone by the time she needed a wheelchair.

The first thing I did in 2007 when a Lexus dealer salesman brought around an LS460 for me to test drive was to test fit the wheelchair in its trunk. It fit fine without taking the footrests off but I didn't care much for the car. Lifting a wheelchair in and out of a sedan trunk isn't that easy IMO which is one of several reasons we no longer drive sedans. The wheelchair and the multiple walkers we sometimes carry at the same time fit better in our van and it is far easier to lift the wheelchair in and out.

I'm not in retail but I've heard the dollar type stores saturate the market which discourages other vendors from coming in. Some place in AL passed a law that dollar type stores cannot locate within 1 mile of another (I think this means the same company). Imagine that? Man if I had Costcos 4 miles one way, and 2 the other, I'd probably be rotating them and going every day!!! I think mine are like 12 miles in 3 directions, and BJs warehouse is 6. Of the 3 Costcos, only 1 has gas. What are we doing wrong?? We have more BMW dealerships than Costcos....

Same. The trunk is just a storage shed to my wife.
