I used:
Anything that matches and is a half shaft would be fine.
Generally the only issue is the actuator, window guide, and external door bar are like this: ACTUATOR ||||| GUIDE ||||| BAR
So you have to slip the actuator down and to the right while moving the guide to get it out.
Just less room overall but nothing hard, I had the whole door done in less than an hour in and out.
