LS 430 2002 coin box

I have a broken coin box that I need to replace on my 2002 LS 430. Lexus wanted $225 for the part and $165 to install it. I bought a Lexus replacement on E bay for $39 (looks great) and now need to learn how to properly install it.

Looking for a great set of instructions please.
