You probably won’t be able to find one new or whole sale. Well maybe thru Lexus but it would be $$$. Best option is either Ebay or have it reupholstered. Mine was in really bad shape and I had it reupholstered. It ran me about $120, wasn’t a exact match to echo interior but it’s fine. Ebay had some for sale if you search ls430 armrest oem. If you don’t find the exact color you can also use SEM paint cans to refinish it. When I got my GS the rear armrest was really bad, and I found a oem one mint for under 200 on eBay.

I would reupholster and have them add some extra padding while they are there. The minimal padding on our LS is horrible IMO. I'm going to have to have mine reupholstered just for the padding.

I agree. The stock padding is so thin that I want to stick more foam and reupholster it while I'm there

They added extra foam on mine I think because it feels really nice. I'll post up a picture of mine later.

Please do. I would like to see how the extra padding looks.

My son's GS center console is padded 10x better than my LS. Every time I drive his car I'm reminded of how bad the stock console is on the LS.

Not sure where your located, I have an upholstery shop near West Palm Beach who recovered mine with vinyl that matches the interior perfectly charge was $65.. He also replaced several worn and damaged seat panels for $75 a panel, their also vinyl but you cannot see a difference.

Here you go, as you can see not the right color but its fine for me. I didn't notice it until later on, picked up the armrest and then installed it at home later.

I was cleaning out my closet and found a replacement cover that I had bought a while back. These are covers that have to be installed, but they are already molded in the right shape with stitching. I ordered one and it had some slight defect in the stitching and got another so I technically have 2. These are in the biege color, I don't know if they are still produced. I might throw them up in classifieds later.
