Lowest milage LS430 currently for sale...
Stumbled upon this local example. High price for the miles IMO, though if it has had the TB done due to age, it would be a good deal if he came down just a bit. This is a local car in case any one is interested and wants it checked out...

If it is absolutely perfect with records including TB due to age and fresh tires, I think that is a $16,000 car tops. It's nice to have low mileage, but in my two months of searching, I've seen more than I can count with 60-80k for less money. A car with that mileage will still last a long time, heck, even cars with 120k or so will go the distance.
Now if this car had the saddle interior... $$

Once again.....even if the miles are authentic.....super low miles are not necessarily favorable for the new owner. AGE is always a huge factor and on the top of the list is SERVICE RECORDS. A car sitting in a garage for ages will most likely need more work than a car driven regularly with normal miles for it's age. There are many threads on this subject. What's that expression?? "Use it or lose it"?

new oem wheels and tires cost over 5000 ez unless there tawain knockoffs, btw as the op wrote "lowest mileage " maybe theres one with -0 miles tucked somewhere in a barn in the mohave dessert we dont know about.

Yeah I wondered about the new wheels unless they just wanted 18s. That car may have had the 17's. Looks like the hyper black "oem" ones that are available for like 600/set. That is a suspect area though, lots of places around there were underwater but it may have been fine. But yeah, miles are almost too low. its not a barn find muscle car or exotic. It has some value but not 21k. But hell these dealers were getting 15k for cars that had way more miles.

Service history also isn't at the top of my list. Number one is always a top flight pre-purchase inspection that's going to tell you what the state of condition that the car is in RIGHT NOW. It's always nice to be able to view the service records but what do you really think you're going to find on this one? I would have guessed oil changes and maybe a battery or two. I thought that these cars were supposed to be so dependable???
So curiosity got the best of me and I went and registered this car's VIN over at Lexus Drivers to view the service history and this is what is listed (Note: I did do some slight editing to get rid of redundant information). Looks like the owner had the 5K service done for the first two services and then probably decided it could be done cheaper elsewhere. The only abnormal item I see on this list is something about the shifter plate and the message is so cryptic that I don't know if it even was a true problem or not.
My only problem with the car is that it's just a base model. Would have loved to see it be a CL or UL version instead. As far as possible flood victim, I think I could spot that pretty easily in this car if I was there to inspect it first hand. As for price, well you always start out high and work your way down as a seller. I think that she'll be hanging on to this one for awhile.
Oh yeah, about those rims. Did you notice that the dealer installed chrome wheels on the car when they first got it? Wouldn't surprise me at all if she drove them into the curb a few times over the years and wanted them replaced. I think the car looks just gorgeous...

I would not be interested in this car... To many reasons to list here but not being driven much and not seeing all the service records bother me. The hurricane also is a major issue ... I would just wait and search for a 2006 with miles under 80K and full service records and these are out there but you need to look and be patient.

my pet peeve, people that say their price is firm, "don't bother contacting me if you don't like the price". That's just dumb on the part of the seller....nobody knows the market perfectly and your "firm price" is likely to be a mistake, especially if you're a private seller. You're much better off being silent on the matter (if in fact you're firm), and encouraging as many qualified buyers to contact you as possible.
