Default BC Coilovers wont go any lower? Wat

Yeah. Installed BC coilvers... Now when Im trying to lower it it wont go any lower than this... Havent even tried in the front yet.
It really feels like i hit the stop when i turn it... But why, it should go a lot lower right ?
What am I doing wrong here.

Which collars or collar (the gold things) are you adjusting from?

In case you didn't already check Youtube.

I have a set of Function and Form coil-overs and I had the exact problem as they were set from the factory too low (probably to reduce box size). In the past I have had Teins on my cars so I was only familiar with setting height with the collars below the spring. Anyways hope that helps.

Well I dont know yet how low it actually will be. Time will tell, hard to belive that it will meet my needs.. Weird though as Ive seen many others with bc coils that roll pretty slammed.

With BC's you need the extreme drop setup. Regular BC's and Megans don't go as low in the rear as they do in the front. I found this out after I bought my Megans.

With that said I would think the rear would be a bit lower but I could be wrong. Most of those slammed LS's are on BC Extreme Drop 20mm or 40mm coilovers.

Yeah, I thought the same thing until a friend with BC's told me about the extreme drop version. I think it's just an LS430 thing because I can slam my SC300 that's on regular BC's.

I'm not sure if there is a way to get your rears lower safely. I heard adjusting the preload can get the desired drop but it's risky.

Some status update. Its now maxed out back and front. Front is ok! Back is to damn high... Dammit.
But for this year Im not gonna bother... As I live in Sweden stuff to this car isn't very available, The car itself isn´t even available, probably around 20 in the hole country, but that makes up for some headturning looks from others.
Took me 1.5 months to get the coils and the megan camber + caster arms.. And now i probably need the Toe arm to.. Or how much can you change original toe in back ? I probably need like 2-3 degress less toe.
I have not been able to drive yet...Waiting for Stab-Links to arrive as I cutted them when i changed camber arms...
Tomorrow I will also mount my weds kranze bazreia 9J front and 10J back. 19".
Im gonna higher the front a bit too. Cant stand that lean-forward look... I will offer some low just to get the car flat, its a luxury car, not sports car.

The wheels are on and I´ve finally made my first test drive. The ride is very good with these coilovers. Just on the badest roads it can be a little harsh but otherwise it runs really smooth for being coilovers.
But for being coilovers they didnt lower much man.

I think the height you're at is perfect. How's the offset of the wheels look from a front angle? I'm trying to get ideas on what wheel sizes to go for so if you could share your specs that would be awesome! If not, I guess I can understand.
