No, it doesnt. But being a computer person,I think that all the fiddling I was doing with the switch to stop the window may have loaded up a bunch of commands in the computer and it took a while for the computer to get the gaggle cleared resulting in the erratic operation.

I have found that one must read the owners manual if you really want to know all the features in these cars. Get one free from mylexus.com if you don't have one. Just create account with VIN number and request a mailed hard copy.
