Looking to pick up a 200k+ mileage LS this weekend. Timing belt was changed 20k miles ago. Everything works and is in good condition, except the activate cruise control. Owner says sensor broke from rock, completely understandable. He's also taken out the air ride, and replaced it with BC coilovers...which was my plan anyways.

I'm thinking it's worth the 6k he's asking for, what do you guys think?

Seems kinda pricey to me because I see one listed on Craigslist for $6999.. it's an 01 silver on black UL with 117k clean title, maybe price varies on location.
