This insert (there are two, one on each side) is for fasting the lower splash shield up under the car. These inserts actually are snapped into the front corner splash protectors and a regular bolt goes up into them holding on the middle (main) front splash shield.
Lexus can find no listing for this part and its not like I can just find a 430 at Pick n Pull,,,,,
Anybody ever mess with them and know what they are called or have a PN??
