Yeah I can twist it. I'll try lubricating it, hopefully it can actually find it's way in between the valve and grommet. I'll probably take off the oil fill tube for leverage.

If you have 01-03, it will be more difficult since the PVC is "push" in vs 04+ that can be loosen with a socket.
I replaced mine while doing valve cover gasket so it was a bit easier. It broke into piece so be careful
