Default 04 Base - Wheels scuffed and bubbling: Replace or refinish?

Guys,
seems common for OEM lex wheels to bubble. I'm in the Midwest so we have harsh winters etc. All sorts of weather. I just ordered new tires. Have folks painted the OEM's with luck? I want to stay stock ride and low budget.

What have guys paid to blast/paint/clear wheels? I assume they would last several years once they had been re-done. I also found this color interesting...(attached)

Opinions/experiences?

Powder coating is always an option.

They would sand down the wheels and powder coat them with whichever color you choose. Powder coating lasts for years without any problem. And you can do that anthracite grey you have in the picture.

Price should be around $50-$80 per wheel. Or maybe a good deal on all 4 would be like $200, but again they'll almost last forever.

Another option would be plasti-dip. Read up on it a little bit before you start. IF you warm up the cans pretty good and get one of those new caps that they offer on dipyourcar.com you will get some pretty nice results. Also, you can add the new top coat, which is just a clear coat that will make the wheels look glossy and shine like if they were powder coated.

Going with plasti-dip and doing it right, expect to spend around $100. But you'll have material to dip the set of 4 wheels two times.

Since your wheels are scuffed and bubbling, I would suggest you go with powder coating. Good luck!
