Door Rubber mouldings replacement - any ideas ?
 

HI friends ,
I have a 2005 UL Edition of LS430.
When I got my door actuator lock repaired , it seems the shop busted the rubber.
Also due to ageing , the rubber is broken in several places. It looks ugly when one opens the door ....

The dealer is asking for 600$ for replacing them.
I am wondering if there is another source form where i can get it cheaper and done by non-dealer shop. Or , do it yourself job ? Any tutorial available ?
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
