You could always go for one with the custom luxury package,, but they are somewhat rare from what i understand...

my 02 is a Custom Luxury, and it's get alot of the things on the UL package minus some of the higher end stuff.

It's got the suede headliner, the leather lined doors, heated/cooled front and heated rear seats, automatic door and trunk closers, and the rader cruise control..

It has the regular coil suspension too, but also no independent rear A/C, side door sunshades, or any of the power rear seat options.

The CL is available with either Laser or Radar cruise control, as is the UL.
Radar comes only with the PCS option (which requires either the CL or UL selection as a prerequisite)..
Unfortunately, the LS430 displays the word "radar" in the message area for both, causing confusion.
If you have Laser CC, you will have a "glass eye" in the lower bumper on the passenger side.
If you have Radar CC, you will have the "plastic shield" surrounding the Lexus logo in the center of the upper grille area.

Well, got the 2001 Ultra after all. Owner declared an accident so I turned away. Owner called later and provided details and invoice. Turns out it was only a dent in the front fender when his wife backed into the car on their driveway.
Drove it already 800 miles. Never had a car like it,and the wife likes it
I want to do something with the suspension/handling. Ordered a sport rear sway bar. will see how this works
