Default turn signal relay location?

Anyone know where the turn signal blinker relay for the LS? I know the GS relay is behind the driver side kick panel but not sure if the LS is in the same location. Since the airbag is in kick panel, dont want to tinker with that area yet.

Attached is the inspection procedures for the turn signal circuit from a 2004 service manual. According to the diagram, the flash relay is integrated in the Driver Side J/B ECU.

Hi rkw77070. Please tell if "integrated" means soldered onto the board and cannot be removed or replaced. I've spent yesterday evening trying to reach the relay to replace it with the 8-pin LED flasher with no luck, though I see those 8 pins in the diagram you attached and they match the ones on the relay I have.
Thanks a bunch in advance for your help, bumping an old thread, but I should have done my homework in advance before blindly purchasing the LEDs and relay instead of checking the diagrams first.

I've just removed the driver's side J/B ECU (shown in linked PDF diagram above; in driver's side kick panel) to see if I could install an LED-specific flasher relay. To definitively answer this question, no, it is not that simple (and removing the J/B ECU was far from simple). As stated above, the flasher appears to be integrated into the ECU and is not a "plug-in" relay. I pulled both relays from the ECU, and neither are flasher relays. In case you're curious, the p/n's on them are 90987-02016 (reddish brown) and 90987-02020 (small black).

I just installed LED turn signals throughout and ordered an LED flasher relay from Diode Dynamics in hopes it would be that simple. I'd like avoid adding resistors to each bulb as it seems like a poor solution, and I'm not a fan of the heat they produce. I'm a bit frustrated as I don't want to pull the front bumper and headlights again to wire in unwanted resistors.

I'll make a separate post although will ask the question here as well; has anyone found a solution to avoid hyper flashing other than resistors at each bulb?

Thanks in advance, Erin
