Just standard 18" OEM's......can I just throw them on with no issues?

04's came with an optional 18" rim so you shouldn't have any problem.

18's look a lot better. Good size for a big car.

stating the obvious but you will need different tires due to the change in rim size. i did this on my '04 - went from 17's to 18's - makes car look much better and with nice tires you shouldn't notice a difference in ride quality.
