I posted this in the GS section as well hoping to get info from both models...

Does anyone know or might have some knowledge if this rear sway bar would fit the GS... Its certainly a cheaper alternative to the TRD sway and i also heard its 19mm same as TRD for half the price. it looks to me it may fit... Can't beat the price for 19mm rear sway

One of those try it scenarios, remove the bar from the GS and try it on the LS. I wouldn't expect it to fit. Are the bars the same diameter across the other LS option packages? If there is a thicker bar used on the UL, ML, sport then that may be a better option for the LS that will bolt up with minimal necessary changes. Wont be like the stiffer aftermarket ones though.

For example the 2-LS owners with 95-97's can use the rear sway bar from the '98+, that one was thicker.

the mounting points look identical to the GS rear sway.. if the 2004 GS and 2004 LS share the same rear configuration of attachments points to the end links then it should fit...

19mm thickness should make a difference over stock..
