What did you do to your LS430 today?

Thanks !!! Yeah it is def darker but as a steering wheel it doesn't sit up against any other wood but also the leather is a shade darker but as I mentioned not much I can do because these are discontinued from Japan but I do like how it feels. Hoping to fully install it later this week to really see how it looks against the rest of the interior.

Replaced wiper blades with OEM, the only sort that actually works. Previous owner had dealer service for everything, but had Anco wipers that didn't make contact right.

Picked up this 04 UL last week from a friend. 295k, 15 years worth of maintenance records. Have always wanted an LS430 after driving/riding in my moms 15 years ago.
First thing I did was polish the headlights and fogs. For some reason that is the first thing I notice on cars and a clean set of headlights makes all the difference in the world.
Done a little reading on here for stuff I wanted to upgrade/change. I knew that I wanted iphone integration and decided getting a Grom audio module would be my best bet. So far Im loving it, super easy install and operation. Also needed to replace the Mark Levinson sub as it was blown. I picked out a Dayton Audion dual 8 ohm sub for that duty. Wired in series at 16ohm. Its definitely not a DB killer but it blends very well. I modified the oem bracket a little and was able to use the top ring to secure the sub. I also put some fresh foam on the top and bottom, along with sealing the holes in the shelf around the sub.
Hella 9006 3000k yellow bulbs for the fog lights. Mainly for appearance since the stock HID setup is excellent, but will come in handy in snow/rain

My wife and I went out for dinner last night and we took the 2005, since it rarely gets driven anymore. I realized that It's been driven 1100 miles since last October, when I got the oil changed. I do that in a week on that Volt I'm commuting in... Man do I miss the LS!

I got a wheel alignment Sat. To my surprise, the entire right side were all off? I do know that since purchase, at least one rear camber was just out of range, like -1.9, not the end of the world. But the front right surprised me.
My wife's car as well (both cars yesterday morning), GM SUV. Everything was totally green (as it really should be), despite hitting many many potholes and in BK, NY, over the holidays, one really bad one. Her car has 82k.
This experience with the LS reminds me of when I had a lifetime agreement on my Volvo. You could go back 6k later and it needed adjustment again. Not the end of the world as car tracks just fine.

I don't even put the snows on anymore, just don't drive if precipitation and be careful when cold. So the way you miss the LS, I miss driving this car. The steering is so heavy and tight, the way I like it and many did only 10 years ago. That is gone even on cars like the Porsche 911 and Corvette.
