My father always called these phonies and for good reason. Growing up I would always see them at the golf club.

looks pretty sick, just need some 30 inch rims and then a vip kit that drops all the way to the ground to match the rims and then get a camber kit and then a 20 inch exhaust and it'll be set.

^^^its exaggeration to the slow ones

It was an older white hair gentleman driving this proudly with the windows down. I looked over and shook my head I can see the top done as that's the Caddy look but with a wing?

There goes any resale value, if any.

Also, that looks like a GS spoiler.

I think they are called " Landau Top". I had a customer who used to own and operate one of these custome conversion shops during mid 90's. He was doing all the Caddis for Sewell and some Lincolns. I had seen some really bad ones like on a chevy pickup truck, Camaros and even some Mercedes...I also know a old guy (78) that would only drive cars w/ theses on them...It's all taste AND AGE related...

I believe the landau top does look good on certain cars. It was very poplular in the late 70's and 80's. My brother had a red Monte Carlo that a white landau top and I thought that car was the coolest. Next up was a Buick Regal that had body match color top. I can also see old style Lincoln Continental and Caddy's having the top. Now, skip a couple of decades, not so much on new style cars, much less you have to pay to get it done. But to each its own.

Yuck. That's terrible. There's a white LS430 I've seen around OC with a tan landau top and wide whitewall tires on chrome stock wheels. I almost lost my lunch when I saw it.

On a truck??????????????????

It's ugly to us non-senior folks. Let them mod the way they want
Actually, if he would've been consistent with theme, he should've got the white wall tires, dump that pep boy rims and that GS spoiler.

What I want to hear are the seniors calling that ugly
