I also have PCS and must add it is a wonderful feature, but living in Los Angeles you rarely get a chance to use it with the back-to-back traffic.

Here are some of the old photos from the used car dealer that the previous owner purchased it from.

It's a UL. Here are 2 pics of the rear seat with controls.

True. Classic design that is timeless.

The front controls don't show buttons for an air suspension. The rear definitely shows UL controls. I think this car is a Canadian version, as their cars aren't exactly like the US cars.

I suggest you register the car on mylexus.com and then ask them for a printout of your original equipment list.

Here's another zoomed out pic from the passenger side. All buttons are present.

writes123 - Thanks for the additional picture. It is a UL.
However, I don't see the perforations in the seat leather. Are they present or have the seats (or covers) been replaced?

They're present. Just don't have a close-up of it. Though the seat a/c is very weak for the driver's side despite me replaced the seat filter. I usually have to move around on the seat for the air to flow or be felt.

Thanks.
The weak seat cooling is fairly common. One theory is that it is due to the compression of the seat cushion over time which causes the small air passages to deform and pass less air.
