I have an 2005 LS430 and when I go over a bump while going over 20 mph there is a knocking sound from passenger front suspension. This knocking sound is worse when someone is riding with me. Anyone have any suggestions? thanks

Get thee to a front end place. Could be a bad ball joint or, on the other end of the spectrum, a loose strut cover.

I repaired a loud noise by replacing the sway arm bushings, while I was under there I also replaced the sway arm links. clunking noise is gone. Could also be the lower control arm bishings.

FYI I replaced both front struts with Monroe's and the knocking went away. Now just a few more minor fixes before I retire her and move on to another LS.
