Steering Wheel Crooked/Beeping Noise

Steering Wheel Crooked/Beeping Noise
-I drove my 03 LS430 to worked today without any issues.
-After work when I stated to drive the car I notice my steering wheel was crooked at a angle about 35 degrees to the right.
-One note the car drove straight without any issues and without me making any corrective input to the steering wheel to make the car to drive straight, the only problem was the steering wheel was at a angle.
-After about 5 minutes of driving I got a constant Beeping noise but no error message on the dash board.
