Hello guys I'm a new owner of a 2004 Lexus Ls430 Ultra Luxury and coming from a 2000 Civic Si the Ls is a huge upgrade lol but I do have a couple questions to ask. I have the both back door sunshade hooks broken on both doors and one small window hook also broken and I went to the dealer and they said they are not sold separately and that I have to buy the whole plastic window frame which he quoted me 77.xx each side?! which I'm not trying to spend that type of money just for hooks. So is that true? Is there some where else I can purchese just the hooks them self? Another question is that I have the "Fuel Door" light on the cluster ON all the time, is that normal? My last question for now is I also have the exclimation point triangle light on which previous owner claimed it needed a oil change, which im in a little bit in doubt because wouldnt it just have a oil light for that? it a little above 4000 miles since last oil change which I hope to get done tomorrow. So hopefully you guys will help me out with my questions and thanks in advance

You may try a junk yard (excuse me - an "auto recycler" :-) for the frames/hooks.
It is a bit of work to take the door apart, but not difficult.

Oh, and according to my owners manual, the "Fuel Door" is not a warning (status) indicator.
It is correct for it to be on whenever the rest of the panel lights are on.

The gas light arrow points to the side of the car the gas filler is on.

Just joined myself blessed with a ls430 UL all ready been searching the club for suspension ideas an may or may not keep the wheels I have.

Was thinking along the lines of the data control system keeping what is has now as far as suspension

Welcome to CL, I love how the "CL Family" is also, I have 2 brothers here in CL one with 01 GS3 and the other a 02 IS3, thats what made me get a Lexus
