Well, even the recyclers won't sell the hooks because it screws up the whole molding.
I went on PartsDotCom and found the whole trim piece in the right color with new hooks for around $50 to $60 and figured I'm done worrying about it. It's less hassle.
Remember, even if you find the hooks separately, it has to be the right color or you're painting the plastic.
You might not spend $60 but you'll spend easily $100 of your time at minimum wage.
