Default megan vs ksport

Hello all:

I am looking to convert my air suspension to a coil-over set up. I am trying to decide what is the best coil-over set up for my car. i have an 04 ul I have narrowed it down to 2 different products. megan lp series or ksport kontrol pro. Has anyone installed any of these coil-overs on there cars? any feedback on the set up and are there any other suggested coil-overs that i have overlooked.

Thank you in advance!

I had the Megan Street LP's on my SC300 for two years. I wasn't too impressed by the ride quality, but they could go lower than most of the more expensive coilovers like Teins. I'd recommend them over K Sport.

Have you considered BC's? They're in the same price range as the Megan LP's and have great reviews here and on other forums. I've personally run them on my not 2GS and was very happy with them. The ride was firmer than stock but never harsh or bouncy. If I didn't find a set of Tein CS's locally, I would've picked them up again for my LS. In fact, I was about to order them that day from CMS but I made a trade + some cash for an extra set of wheels.

Best ride ....tein cs they don't go very low
Megan's go low and ride little stiffer then tein
Bc rides stiffer then Megan and the regular bc don't go low on the rear unless you get the xtreme drop version . If you trying to decide between Megan and k sport I would say get Megan lp. If you got extra 200 to spend on bc why not can't go wrong with those

I wish I did my research first but I bought some Megan lp's recently and they don't go low enough At least not for me. I can barely tuck the top part of my tire in the rear and I have 20" weds. Front coils go pretty low. I've had JIC's on my 3GS and Megan EZ on my is300 sportx and both went very low. Ride quality is good on the Megan lp's I guess it makes up for not being able to adjust them lower.
