Driver's door speaker cover damaged

2005 CL Silver LS w/90k miles. Ecru interior. Somehow, the driver's side speaker cover, which seems to be made of some type of cloth, has been damaged.

Wonder if anyone has had the speaker cover replaced or repaired?

Will send pictures if needed.
