2003 LS430 with 57k miles. $15k
Found a super clean, one-owner, white LS430 with 57k miles from Fort Worth Texas. Has polished wheels (not a huge fan, but they’re flawless). All original paint and glass. Needs nothing. Paid top $, but $15k isn’t what it used to be and God willing, I’m keeping it a long time.

@StrangeRov , nice job. You're right, $15k does not buy what it used to, but I think you rocked. The ones like that are becoming harder to find and hence, more valuable. The way to look at it is that you CANNOT match the value for $15k, just not possible when you calculate in all factors and the level of vehicle.
When I bought my 03, it also had chrome which I did not really want, but they snuck up on me and I ended up loving them. If you drive in winter there in MA, they will get chipped up but for now, don't worry and don't be surprised if they grow on you.

We can see price for this model definitely went up in the past 2 years or so. This must have something to do with the overall used car market, but when Lexus/Toyota stop offering V8s all together I do expect to see prices going up on all V8 models.

@StrangeRov Holy shnikes! That thing is beautiful, barely seen the outdoors, and with a gold emblem package. Great car. You can try to kill it but you won't be able to.
Is it Ecru inside? What trim level is it? ML-CL-UL-base?
I like your Volvo 850 Turbo there too. You have a passion for preservation; very classy.

Prices for clean ones of this model are crazy these days. I saw a local dealer listing a 2006 with 40K miles for $19000 and a few days later when I tried to check it again it was gone. People are willing to pay for it. Today I see a guy not too far away listing his 2005 with 40K miles for $19250, probably from a member here. The car was bought 4 months ago from carsandbids.com for $18500. It will be interesting to see how much people will be willing to pay for this one.
