LS430Lexus

I am posting this for a friend with an '05 LS w/ Nav. His radio stations seem to change on their own, going from preset to preset as if he was touching the steering wheel control button. He says he is not anywhere near the button so he is not accidently hitting it when turning the wheel, as I have done in the past.

Has anyone else experienced this and what can be done to fix it? Thank you in advance, any suggestions are welcomed.
