Yeah, but you wouldn't want to live here. Hundred degree summers with 80% humidity means everybody uses a/c, and your electric bills reflect it. In addition to the mosquitoes and the large number of bro-trucks, coupled with some of the worst driving I've ever seen, make this a marginal place to live at best.
