Ls430 "Type R"

Not wheels I would think about choosing but it actually turned out very nice
You need to complete the look by getting some aggressive looking black powder coated oval exhaust tips and maybe darken the tailight strips.

With your color scheme, you car might look good with a black vinyl wrapped roof

Looks good! You should get some LED tail lights. They give it a much cleaner look like the 04-06 430s.

Thanks! Wheels were not my number 1 pick at the time but I've grown to love them. The wheels that I like are anywhere from 2x to 4x the money lol!

Thanks! My attempt at a factory-tuned sport I guess. I still remember the day I test drove the LS. I almost didn't buy it because of the boat-like ride. The springs and larger wheels definitely help the cause but still maintain a great ride. I would like to get a nice set of exhaust tips but unfortunately the 01-03 bumper isn't very accommodating. OEM-style LED taillights are on the list but I want to go on coilovers first I think.

Roof is getting redone in black out of necessity. A small patch of rust on the front by the windshield is causing a small amount of water in during heavy all-day rainstorms when the car isn't garaged.

Thanks! A little inside joke. When I was thinking of selling my old car, I showed a buddy of mine a classified listing for and LS430 and the first thing he said was, "Man, don't get that old man car!" Needless to say, I purchased it. He liked it so much he sold his car not even two months later.

Thank you, thank you! Grille is stock. I sprayed the chrome surround in plastidip.

Thanks! Very true about the tails. It's on a list of things to do!

Looks great. I wouldn't have thought the wheels would have looked that good since the car is so big...but they do.

Excellent photography and an even sweeter car! I'm gonna have to stop by again sometime so we can do a proper shoot together (boring stock vs modded lol)
