The final size as it sits is:

Front: 19x9(-8) tires 245/40/19
Rear: 19x10(-8) tires 275/35/19

Front & Rear are poking exactly 2"
and 8.75" ground clearance lmao

and no, I will not ride like this

Here are them wheels on other rides"

Roman, you knows you aren't doing the fender work it will need to suck up 2" in the front! Looks good though. I think I'm putting mine on next weekend.

2" (50mm) to lose
10mm smaller adapter, shave wheel by 5mm, run 2* camber...
that leaves me with another 0.5-1" to hide the wheel iside the fender. grrrrr
i got to sit on this for a while, I don't wanna roll fenders like on my 240 :/

without the adapters, it would of been a PERFECT fit *sigh*

EDIT: i can't shave anymore from front bc brakes will not clear

i see what your thinking with these and i like the idea, but i'm not sure if it would be feasible or worth the hassle. i'm guessing those are like stock 750 wheels or something, which look nice and big plus still soft and plush. they just seem too big for our car.

what is your normal ride height set at? cuz if you rode high and had some fender work done it would be a lot more feasible, but if you wanted to ride low i think you should look at some different sizes or a lot of coin in fender mods.

what size conversion adapters are you using? because i found this website that sell adapters in different sizes.

They are test fit with my 30mm adapters. Still not enough room w/o fender work.you can't do it half way on an ls430. Either go all out and do the fender work or don't do it.

hmm according to http://www.motorsport-tech.com/
i can have 19mm adapters custom made for $60ea

killer tires

Pics make me feel like rolling my fenders...and maybe getting a jaws of life. lol, but really I think I'll rent a roller as I don't feel so daunted now.

you guys in Tampa? I just picked up an 04 LS430 I live in citrus park.

CarGuy89 04-23-11 07:45 PM

Very cool idea, I like it. Haven't seen these on a 430 yet.

GLIDESUL 04-23-11 08:45 PM

They will look so nice if you go all the way wit it.

I dont wanna go all the way unless I find permanent wheels. those 7series wheels are just temp wheels.

burgy 04-24-11 09:43 AM

Roman, Permant wheels will be more aggressive than these so it won't matter!!! HAHA. Are those adaptors in 19" per pair or individually?

they make them as thin as 19mm. you customize every aspect of the spacer. just click the link and play around on that site. 4 of them for 114>120 were 240$
