I sure hope you guys get this! I have had quite a few deals like that in my day- good eye! I once got an amplifier for my stereo that was supposed to be 1400, for 800 and it was obviously a mistake, but they filled my order without a complaint- probably because they didnt realize it was a mistake. I'll keep my fingers crossed. I have a feeling that you guys are going to get it.

wow. My total was 527$ for the tires with tax, installation and after the 70$ coupon. This is just ridiculous. You feel kinda luck when youre ready to buy the set for a grand. I think the costco guys can handle the job of the install.......no need to go to lexus.

Maybe if a merchant inadvertently posts the wrong price, it would be "nice" to cut the merchant - no matter how big - some slack and not hold them to the price. It would appear that an employee did a "finger check" and pressed a "1" key instead of a "2" key.

Good news to everyone that ordered. Got confirmation today that the tires that I ordered got shipped to my Costco. Looks like ordered went through.

Definitely understand where you are coming from in terms of not taking advantage. There is an ethical dilemma here.

But in terms of inaccurate prices posted on a retail website I think the primary responsibility for accuracy and fiduciary care belongs with the merchant. The merchant posts the price. btw - Costco isn't legally bound to deliver the tires at the incorrect price (or at any price), they could just refund the full purchase price and cancel the sale.

Someone likely made a mistake at Costco posting that price so maybe Costco should put a stronger process in place that forces another level checking on pricing posted to their web site.
