Default Is this a good buy on a LS430?

I found a LS430 with 154,000 miles on it for 12 grand. Mostly southern car with last few year in Connecticut. UL package with rear air suspension replaced at 110,000 miles.
Timing belt at 90,000 miles. All Lexus serviced up to a little over 140k miles, scheduled, fluids etc. No cracks in leather or interior so Im thinking its highway miles Absolutely mint. Two owners, the first had it in NJ Cali, Arizona and Florida. Then last few years in Connecticut. Its only 450 bucks delivered to me in rusty east coast. 150 point inspection and impeccable facebook, google, and carfax certified. Full legal doc process, they send dmv paper work to me, invoice, then I send electronic transfer, then they ship it.

I sold my LS460 to get an E350 but I found this, should I go for it?

I just bought a 06 CL yesterday. 102900 miles with excellent records, previous owner spent over $15K at the Lexus dealer to keep this running line new. Service records came with the car. Paid 14K. If the suspension was done and excellent service history, I would say go for it. By the way we will be selling a ES 350, 2010 with 131K miles, non-nav car for 9K. located in NC.

Cool thanks. I was put off by the 154,000 miles, but its a toyota. I did find a 02 from texas with 86k for 14 grand but 1000 to ship it. Unfortunately I cant drive now and need it delivered and but from dealer. So price will always be more. Seems like you got a smoking deal. Did carfax give you the 15k in records? I test drove a e350 not maintained the other day and it was vibrating like crazy, seats steering wheel. Think it was engine mounts. Also the suspension seemed stiff on the es350. Id be temped to buy your es350 if not for that fact. Also getting it up to east coast.
Whats nice with lexus is you can sign onto their lexus drivers site and put in the vin as one of your vehicles, see whats been done. Id be temped to hold off and pay 2k more to get an LS with less miles like you did but you run into this problem. At 100,000 miles your approaching things breaking and could get hit with some repairs. At 150k those have broken and usually fixed at that point. Unless your lucky like you and have had po do them.

On Driver.Lexus.com it says
SERVICE: REPLACED REAR STRUTS
DESCRIPTION: ~|~C/S ADVISED REAR STRUT LEAKING-CHECK ~|~

Does that mean they replaced them?

Also it says Customer declined, does that mean the Service wasnt done?

SERVICE: REPLACE VALVE COVER GASKETS BOTH SIDES WITH GROMMETS
DESCRIPTION:~|~ ~|~,CUSTOMER DECLINED SERVICE

Yes, seems stiff now compared to the LS. lol. I got the service records form the dealer. (I know them, so they were ok with sharing) Carfax did match with almost all of the receipts I got from the dealer. BTW that 15K was spent between 60K-102K miles. They even replaced the front struts due to leak. Previous owner was a older gentleman.

Ok well I dont think Im going to find a cherry of a deal like that! At least the rear struts were done at 110,000, but it make you question how well the fronts are doing and if they would go out soon. Theres also the chance an independent shop did them.
