LS430inDE.

Has anyone installed and used one of those gas mileage improver gizmos? The contraption I'm talking about is that stainless steel turbine/wind vane/cyclone/blade thingy that you install inside the air intake tube (after?) the air filter box?

I've always wondered if those ads on TV are truthful or not regarding improving gas mileage by like 20-30%?

Thanks for any experiences!
