Torn backseat leather
Today I accidently put a small tear in the backseat leather of my 2005 430SL.
Anyone have any suggestions on how and where to get a new or used leather seat cover installed as inexpensively as possible?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to overexagerate, but I'm just sick over this.

Auto upholstery shop. They can usually match the fabric/leather exactly. Had it done to the front passenger seat in a Corolla I once owned. They will remove the entire seat cover---cut the seams around the damaged panel and use the panel piece as the pattern for the replacement panel. The Corolla cost me about $130-$150 and you could never tell it was replaced----looked just the same as it came new.
I wouldn't have it repaired any other way; especially, in a luxury car.

You can take it your local Toyota used car lot. Ask the sales manager when their used car interior repair guy visits the lot. The repair guys are 3rd party independent guys, usually working out of their pickup truck, they repair interiors, plastics and leather on the used trade ins that the dealers take in and the usually go from lot to lot. They work cheap $50-100 max per repair. They can quickly repair (1 hr max) most simple splits and tears in either plastic or leather, make the repair relatively invisible, and do a pretty good job.
There is also typically a used car outside repair guy. This is a scuff and scratch guy that also typically comes in once a week to work on the trade-ins. Works using an airbrush to fill and blend out minor exterior stuff.
You would not believe how many used cars on a dealer's lot have had these quicky exterior and interior repairs - virtually 100%.
