the way nav tool works, is that it replaces video feed from GPS unit in the trunk with what ever you make it. it does not touch the sound.

i really hope this works bc i found an ultra luxury 2001 with 78,000 miles that will cost me cheaper than a 2005 with back up camera at 160,000 miles

I have an 01 LS430 UL.....I kept the stock deck so far and only added a 4 channel Amp/JL Audio 6.5 Components front, 5.25 Rear Door, Mono Amp for Kicker Solobaric Sub.....There are two ways to add a video feed to stock Nav......
1. BeatSonic plug/play harness......It comes with a kit, you can add a dbl Din Deck or single Din
2. innovative12voltprod fr Ebay have a plug.play for video interface but audio will need to thru Aux

My Lexus RX came with the factory navigation. I want to install the backup camera. It is hard to get NavTool to my country. Do you think there is other alternative to NavTool?

I have a 2002 UL, but it doesn't have backip cam

Did they stop making the back up camera on the 02 UL? Mine does not have it. I wish I had it. The two things I would like to have are back up camera and bluetooth.

I have a 2003 UL and also do not have a backup camera...IIRC Bluetooth wasn't an OEM feature until MY 04 but I think the backup camera was a separate option for the first few years.
