Replacing lower ball joints, strut bars, tie rods and upper control arms will yield a noticeable tighter feel. Shocks will strut mounts will quite down the noise associated with bumps as well.
Depending on mileage, replacing transmission (mostly) and engine mounts will drastically lower vibration throughout the car (especially at idle, and start up).
So depending on the budget you are looking to set, the above items should be inspected and replaced as necessary.

In addition to the detail go buy some Zaino leather conditioner. It will give you that wonderful high end leather smell. When I use the Zaino the leather smell hangs around for a couple of weeks.
