So yesterday after getting my oil changed on the 2005, I stopped at the grocery store and parked almost in the opposite corner from the entrance to the store. I finish my shopping and walk outside to see this....

It just makes me wonder?

It does look like the parking spaces are as big as the people in Wisconsin...
I should have taken a pic from a different angle. I parked on the outside edge of the space, and the clown in the Corolla was actually a little over the dividing line between my space and his. If I had parked in the center of the space, he would have been on top of me...

But, in the grand scheme of things, no harm, no foul...

In 1976 I had just purchased a 1966 Thunderbird with 11K miles on it. I had just done a beautiful candy apple paint job on it and didnt want any dings. I parked on the edge of the parking lot at least 200 feet from the nearest car. Came out and it was still alone....but there was a huge ding in the door where someone had deliberately swung a door against it, very hard. Some people satisfy their jealousy by trying to hurt the one they are jealous of instead of trying to earn a similar status.
