No, the (IS-F as you mentioned) IS350, GS450H, GS460, GS350, GS430, GS400 are all faster than the LS430. I'm not sure off the top of my head the specs of the LS460.
Oh, and of course the LF-A is faster than pretty much everything Lexus offers
My 460 L AWD is FASTER then my GS350 AWD which I found unreal considering the size difference
