Default Wrecked my daily 04 LS430

Hay guys just trying to get my post number up so I can post a part out of my 04 LS430. I am in Santa Rosa if anyone will be interested. It’s silver with black interior. 200k miles. Lots of good parts.

Sorry about the car. But while you are here, why not throw up some pictures along with the story of what happened?

Well I was totally on autopilot on a mountain road and passed someone like an idiot, carried too much speed into a corner and spun out. Didn’t hit too much of the sheet metal but I really got the unibody bad on the bottom of the drivers door area. No other cars were involved.

I had driven the road already once that day and was completely over commuting. My dumbass doesn’t have full coverage so it’s a loss. Looking back, although the car was in top running shape it had been whacked in the door by an uninsured driver and had over 200k on it and making worth roughly $5k in my eyes.

edit: how do you post pics? Do I have to use a photo sharing platform and then link?

For Pics stored on your PC click on "Go Advanced" and then hit Manage Attachments and select the photo files you want to add.
Adding photo URLs with the "img" and "/img" tags does not seem to work despite it being explained in the FAQs.

you guys are awesome! thank you for being supportive. I really really really loved my car, and after having a car for 10+ years you form a special bond, especially with a car of this caliber.

it’s very heartbreaking indeed but you know what? I can get another one. They’re totally affordable and I’m getting full coverage on everything from here on out.

CL means Custom Luxury. It's an options package. In my opinion the best package, you have the options of the Ultra Luxury without the troublesome and costly to repair air suspension.
