vsc light on. What does code 3639 mean?

wait u got that code on a obd2 scanner? when i bought my ls the vsc light was on with the "!" light also. didnt see any numbers

Its for a friend of mine. He just called to see if i could find some info on CL. All i know is that scanner show VSC Code 3639.
