Removing Door Panel for 2004 LS430 to install Actuator...
I've got my new Actuator, and looking at it, seems pretty simple to install. The only issue is I can't find any instructions on removing the door panel (front drivers side).
Has anyone here removed the door panel and installed a replacement actuator?
Any references or instructions would be appreciated.

Awesome PDF - thanks!
But holy crap - I did my brakes myself, and it was cake. This is a major PITA. I've taken off the door panel, but I don't know exactly how to manage the lock assembly separate from the actuator. I think I'm going to pass this one to a Mechanic. It's by no means easy at all.

i look at the link. you can change the door lock motor without taking out the regulator. just make sure you pop out the keyhole cylinder first. i did beangrower's one i think i charge him only 60 bux to do one front and one rear.
A footnote to the re-setting of the anti-crush feature on the window. Someone tagged on this comment to the Lexus instructions and I thought I'd share it with whomever wants to use it. It worked for me:
The window motor needs to be clocked, most glass installers are clueless, so never do. To fix it, the motor must be removed from the regulator, then the switch plugged back in. Hit the down button, and let the motor turn until it stops, then bump it back up until the gear has made six full turns. From there, just reinstall the window motor, and you'll be good to go
Cheers,
Kevin
