What should I do, guys? New LS owner
I have spend half day to read all the thread on the form, really want to thank everybody first.
I just bought a 02 LS430, 11000 miles, had 90k service done at the dealer but no timing belt done, so I did the timing belt, water pump after bought it. Saw the transmission fluid getting dark( not pink). Should I do the transmission fluid now? What brand of the Fluid should I get? Can I just get a shop drain it and fill up the fluid?
What about spark plug, should I change it as well? what else suggest to do. I am planning to keep the car for long time, want to make sure I treat her right.
Also the Touch screen doesn't respond. it will freeze at the opener and won't response if I touch the I agreen. When I press the menu, audio, climate bottom, it will switch to it, but still can't change anything by touching the screen, anybody know if the screen gone bad, or maybe the wiring problem?
thanks

Like you I bought an older LS (2001) with higher miles(97K). I spent the money to do ALL the 60/90 services.
I sounds like your Lexis Link is still connected. Get it disconnected and your screen should clear up.
I agree that this is a great board because there a helpful owners and good information.
