UL Suspension goes POP!

Well it didnt happen to me,but i was wondering how low the car gets when the bags has popped or when there isn't any air in the bags.i know 1LS's gets pretty damn low when it does.
and to all that has a Data Systems controller.when you set the car on "L",does that means there's completely no air in the bags?
Just wondering.
