problem with accessory outlet

i got an 01 ls430 ul and the outlet for the cig ligther stopped working by the shifter. the one in the back and inside the center council works. the light in the ash tray is on. this is really weird any solutions for this. thanks

THe fuse is blown, it is a common problem with the LS. Just replace it and you will be good to go!

Yes, this happened to me recently. Also, the way the fuse layout is marked is backwards, I think. So if the fuse you pull looks good, try the other one since it seems like they are labeled backwards (could just be me).

Yep, mine blew also.
I can't remember but I think it's the one by the front passenger side.

You are correct, the fuse for the lighter is on the passager side.

yea ill have to check that out and let you guys know, that should be in the fuse box under the hood right.

No. The fuse for the lighter is on the passager side inside the car, there is a little door on the side with a **** sticking out (where your right leg would be).
