Default Offset question: BBS LMs

I'm thinking about picking up a set of LMs, but I'm not too sure about the offsets.

20x8.5 +36 F, 20x10.5 +38 R

Tires:Falken 452s 245/35/20 F and 275/30/20 rear

Would I have to roll/shave my fenders?

With those specs,I'm pretty sure the rear fenders gonna need to be rolled.and the fronts shouldn't have any problems clearing.

The original bolt patern is 5x114, but the previous owner used adapters to put them on his M5

This will be my second set of LMs. I have a set on my M3 too.

Crap, the wheels may be 5x112. I havn't tried to fit them yet. Anyone know if it would be possible to change the bolt patter to 5x114?

With that wheel and tire size and offset, you may have some rubbing issues when turning, depending on how low you are.

On my 04, I had 20 x 8.5 (+40) on the front with a 235/35-20. When I make a sharp turn going up a semi-steep driveway, I'd rub the crap out of my fender (on the front). Now my right side fender has is slightly pulled out from my rubbing tire.
