no offense, but i hate those stock 16" wheels! why oh why did lexus think they would look good on that car?!
18's would be a good choice, as you would have cheaper tires at your disposal, but also, it seems that 19" tires are getting cheaper and cheaper these days, as long as you're not a brand snob and hung up on having michelins when falkens or kumhos will do just as well....
the ridereally won't be that bad at all with 19s. you'd end up with a decent sidewall still, which will give enough cushion with the stock suspension where it won't kill you. lexus offered 18's as a factory option, so 1" bigger than stock would be fine.
plus, it wouldl ook great!

Will do. I have a 12 megapixel camera I've been waiting to try out. I've got some wheel wax I'll put on there to keep them nice and shiny. They should stop salting the roads any day now as it's slowly warming back up.
That was pretty good timing. I had just got home and checked. I called 6 minutes after Anton posted.
I really dislike them, too. Such dinky wheels on the luxury flagship. They will get some snow tires put on and will be relegated to winter duty, if I have to drive the LS.
Funny, I don't even have the car yet and I've already bought the wheels.
Oh well, all that's left for me to do is tint the windows and I'm done (yeah, right, says the other part of me).

Wheels will be here tomorrow. I've really been enjoying the car. I'd describe all of the details and such that I love about the car, but you all already know about them.
