Default Ls430 brake change advice!

Hello I am a young mechanic with little experience and want to get as much advice as I can. I can't stand how much the dealer scams people and I volunteered to change the brakes on my Grandma's 2002LS430. I was reading online that the caliper bolts are one time use, I guess they call them stretch bolts. Is this correct? Isn't possible to change the pads without removing the caliper? Don't they just slide out the back once the pin and clip is removed? I ordered the front and rear parts from www.thepartsspecialist.com. Also does anyone know the torque specs for the lugnuts? Her car has the upgraded wheels but not chrome. I will attach a photo of the wheels and the car (She owns the GOLD 430 and used to own the White 400). Any feedback would be a huge help and I really appreciate your time and knowledge. Thank you so much!!!
